November 20 | Revelation 22:17
“And the Spirit and the Bride are saying, “Come!” And let the person who hears say, “Come!” And let the thirsty person come, and let the person who wants the water of life take it without payment.” (Revelation 22:17)
Who doesn’t want to go to the greatest party? I don’t know anyone who wants to sit their favorite concert out. But the best parties aren’t easy to get into without an invitation.
You have been invited to the best eternal party anyone could wish for. To anyone within earshot the Spirit and Bride have invited you. The Marriage Supper of the Lamb will be the best entrance into eternity anyone could ever be a part of.
Such an open invitation can only come from the love of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Those who have gone before you, the Bride, can’t wait for you to join them. This is your inheritance. This is what you’re obedience to the Spirit, your growth in Christ, and God’s love has done for you.
Jesus has offered you the water that does not run dry. His eternal glory and relationship with you is yours by His grace. Embrace Him. And never let go.
Action Step: Don’t give up your inheritance for anything. Don’t let your love for Jesus dwindle. Give your all to Him and let the result of His love for you take place. Let every action be out of gratitude and love for the One who gave Himself for you.
Jesus, thank you for saving me and inviting me to live with You forever. Glory to Your name! Out of Your good pleasure You have given me the greatest gift, You. I long for Your return. Even so, Lord, come quickly!
