I’m able to put a lot more time into my new book on True Christian Authority. I still have my life group for two more weeks that I am preparing for. I have not begun to write on my website again yet. If I meet my goal for writing this book and publishing it, I may not start writing new blog post until around June. I will keep you posted on that.
This book has more time in research than any book I have so far. The amount of research I put into this book makes it hard for this writer. I love to research and when things I had not considered before. But when I am writing a book, I want to focus on the actual writing.
I get a lot of my enthusiasm for each book and writing project because I can see the number of words that put on the page, the number of pages I write in a day, and so forth. However, I cannot quantify the research I am doing. I can tell you how many hours I am spending in research for the book. But I cannot show it any other way.
Sometimes when you research a topic or some verses, you get so much out of it that you can use. Most of the time, you don’t get as much out of the research has hope. But you still have to do the research. For all the time I am putting in the research, it could only be a sentence or two applied to the book.
I am fascinated by the things I am researching for this book on the authority of the believer. But I am hoping that each chapter will not be as heavy and research as these first two chapters I have tackle far. You can follow my book progress anywhere you see a right sidebar. As I write this, I have about 8600 words written in the book and roughly 26 pages, one finished chapter and another chapter over halfway finished. I will keep you informed of what I’m accomplishing with this book. I hope you are getting excited to read it!
