I have not accomplished much writing since I returned home from vacation. However, I had to prepare another sermon as I am speaking in front of Access Kids this Sunday. I also get the opportunity to sell my books at a church picnic after service.
I’m looking forward to speaking to the kids. They always have interesting questions that make me think. We have a good time together. I was able to completely outline a new book I will be working on soon after I am done with the first draft of Meditations on the Lord’s Supper.
I have decided to combine two other books, Be Filled with the Holy Spirit and a book I was planning to write on the presence of the Lord. This book will flow with these two books combined into one. I’m still playing around with titles and subtitles. Perhaps I will get a poll out there to get impressions from all my readers.
I also got organized as to how much of Meditations on the Lord’s Supper I have finished writing and how much I have to go yet. I would say I’m about 40% of the way there. I really feel motivated after vacation to start pounding out chapters. Maybe you can keep me accountable! Other than those updates, I am still getting back into the swing of things after vacation. I will be starting to read Ephesians in Greek with a reading group developed from some of the reading classes I’ve been taking in Greek. I’m excited to dive into the Ephesians with everyone. That’s all for now. Until next time, may the Lord greatly bless you!
